乐团简介：

       Out Of The Grey是美国90年代著名另类摇滚乐团， 由Scott Denté和Christine Denté夫妇俩组成，Christine担任主唱，Scott则弹奏吉他和幕后合音，曲风隶属基督教摇滚，一种60年代兴起的现代基督教音乐类型，由信奉基督教的歌手以摇滚乐的形式宣扬宗教理念，歌词经常涉及基督教信仰。90年代初乐团与独立唱片厂牌Sparrow Records签约，1991年发行的首张专辑《Out of the Grey》就相当成功，此专辑在CCM杂志“100张最伟大基督教音乐专辑”的评选中名列第47位。1992年乐团发行了第二张专辑《The Shape of Grace》，共有4首单曲进入CCM榜单的Top20。1993年与著名音乐人Charlie Peacock合作的巡演令乐团名声大噪，1994年乐团发行了第三张专辑《Diamond Days》，其中的《If I Know You》、《All We Need》、《The One I've Been Waiting For》等单曲颇受歌迷推崇。此后几年乐团相继发行了第四张专辑《Gravity》和第五张专辑《(See Inside)》，2001年乐团又与著名独立唱片厂牌Rocketown签约，发行了第六张专辑《6.1》。2004年5月，Christine在网站上声称Scott与Charlie Peacock合伙经商，自己也相夫教子。直至今日，Out Of The Grey既未推出新的专辑，也未明确声明解散。

       Out Of The Grey的歌曲风格，就如同乐队名一样，走出灰暗，清新阳光，给人一种积极向上、涤荡心灵的力量，与宗教弘扬的博爱理念颇为暗合。
