Frank的搭挡与知己Tommy Dunn（Paul Popowich扮演）是个很有能力的警察。每天，Tommy与Frank共同跨越将贫民区和富人区分隔的那座桥，巡视整片区域。Bernie Kantor警官（Frank Cassini扮演）是理性与道德的宣传者。Jill（Inga Cadranel扮演）是个特别小心眼的女侦探，只要看到谁升了职，她肯定大发牢骚，似乎有一肚子的不痛快。年轻女警Billy（Theresa Joy扮演）有一股巾帼不让须眉的劲头。警长Ed Wycoff（Michael Murphy扮演）精明圆滑，有时可能太精明了一点。做事风风火火的公诉人Abby St. James（Ona Grauer扮演）最近刚刚担任检察机关与警察协会之间的联络人，她与Frank相互颇有好感。
