　　伍迪（凯文?席格斯 饰）与妮儿（萨梅瑞?阿姆斯特朗 饰）来自背景各异的家庭，既是邻居以外他们还在同一所学校。伍迪擅长橄榄球，妮儿则品学兼优，性格完全不同的两人视对方为敌人。一天他俩在阿兹特克大神面前争吵，第二天醒来后经发现自己的身体与对方调换了。
