　　在繁忙的大都市，每个人在快节奏的世界中生活着，繁重的生活重担让他们无瑕估计其他，然而，总有一些阴影在时时影响着他们。

　　育美（梁洛施 饰）发现自己怀了男友阿翔（张孝全 饰）的孩子，但因为过去父母离婚后，母亲（李心洁 饰）难产而死的阴影一直笼罩着她，让她迷失了方向。育美几次想找阿翔商量，但梦想成为奥运拳击手的阿翔正因为眼疾的关系，濒临被禁赛的命运，不甘心失败的他，每天如着魔般练习，却不知不觉冷落了育美。育美思考再三提出分手。

　　育美的哥哥育男（柯宇纶 饰）从小跟随父亲生活，父亲去世后，渴望家庭温暖的他终于鼓足勇气，外出寻找失去联系的妹妹。阿翔寻找育美到海边，遇到一个与遭遇海难的父亲非常相像的男人。

　　没有影子的男人，能穿越时间的酒吧，疑似遭海难的父亲，人们必须直面自己的恐惧。究竟旧日恋人能否复合？失散兄妹能否重聚？一个关于爱情与青春的故事，在美丽的绿岛之滨，缓缓铺陈开来……
