　　十四岁的少女安娜（卡拉哈·奥加尔德 Clara Augarde 饰）成长在一个非常虔诚的天主教家庭中。今年暑假，她即将完成加入天主教的最后一步：坚信礼。这是她今年夏天最期待的事情，没有之一。可是，当安娜返回故乡准备完成仪式时，却震惊的发现，父亲竟然抛弃了母亲离开了家庭，而母亲由于经受不住精神上的巨大打击而投奔了和她青梅竹马的传教士。
